We use a same-to-same fuel policy. Please return the vehicle with approximately the same fuel level as when you collected it.
Yes, in addition to vehicle rental, we offer taxi service and airport transfers, both for individuals and companies.
To rent a vehicle with STAR RENT A CAR you need to present your ID or passport, a valid driving license and meet the age and payment conditions indicated in the reservation.
The driver must be at least 21 years old and have held a driving licence for at least two years.
Drivers under 23 years of age must take out additional insurance of €10 per day.
1. A full, valid driving licence for every named driver.
2. Passport (mandatory for all customers with a non-EU license) or valid identity document (proof of identity)
3. A credit/debit card. (If you do not have a bank card, the deposit is €900 in cash).
The only people who can drive the vehicle are those authorized in the rental contract. Any person not included in the contract will be excluded from insurance coverage.
To extend your rental, call our reservations team at least 48 hours before your contract expires. This helps prevent your rental insurance from lapsing.
Yes, we accept cash up to the legal limit. A valid credit or debit card belonging to the main renter is normally required to hold the deposit as payment security. If you do not have a bank card, the deposit may be paid in cash and is €900.
The customer is responsible for fitting and adjusting additional accessories in accordance with Spanish law. The company accepts no liability for their installation in the event of an accident. Child safety seats are available at our rental office at an affordable price.
You can take out damage coverage with a deductible of €300 to €500.
The daily rental price includes 400 km. If you need to drive further, you can add a discounted extra-kilometre package. The maximum is 4,000 km per rental contract.
